Dialpad Calls&Texts

Receive incoming phone call.

  • Go to Profile Section to Disposition the call while you are on the call or after you finish the call.
  • This process will create a HubSpot Ticket.
    • Go to HubSpot and Close your ticket.
    • If ticket did not auto generate, Create a Manual Ticket via Dialpad or HubSpot
