Receive incoming phone call.
- Go to Profile Section to Disposition the call while you are on the call or after you finish the call.
- This process will create a HubSpot Ticket.
- Go to HubSpot and Close your ticket.
- If ticket did not auto generate, Create a Manual Ticket via Dialpad or HubSpot
